You can't put everything on Management! As an individual is there anyone who is getting his job done except Kohli, it's not management everytime, even individual decision making and capabilities changes game, we have latest example of Jos Buttler in yesterday's match where he denied to take singles in last crucial over and later proved his decision right. Always remember connecting unit by unit makes makes a whole, there is no Individual who can take responsibility, even in post match statements they blame ground, pitch, dew, momentum, tf you are failed as a player man.

Ok then tell me how Klassen and Head started to perfom best in SRH afger getting released from RCB and why every relesed player of RCB plays good for other franchise except RCB it is something in that Management and ecosystem they created among players and for winning trophies in tournaments u need to backup your players and not to release those in next season who were consistent in previous season RCB must learn something from MI, CSK, SRH, and KKR about how to create good ecosystem and environment for players and to support and back them and boost their confidence insted of wasting so much money on overseas famous faces.

Unpopular opinion I may be wrong but one of the reason for no trophy is Virat also he could have lowered his fees to accommodate KL rahul before the mega auction and this could have solved their keeper, opener and captaincy problem by just retaining only one player. - Secondly they have the worst management they miscalculated the KL rahul pricing before the mega auction, they released one of the most consistent performer Yuzi and also didn't brought him in the auction and they brought a foreign player I mean w.t.f the RCB management smokes, - Thirdly they have even worst scout and don't back players enough and keep on releasing players which performs better after release like Shivam Dube, Chris Gayle, Shane Watson. - Lastly they have some kind of negative effect hence even good players don't perform for them and after release they become greats e.g. Travis Head, Klaseen, Moin Ali, Shivam Dube, Shimron Hetymayer, Dale Steyn, Shane Watson, Tyme Mills all had a reputation but could perform average or worst while playing for RCB.

The problem is not only with RCB management,the problem is also with this franchise's captain, the players who are getting retained each season and trust me everything related to RCB is a problem... Because RCB is not there in the auction table to create a "team", they are there to create e "brand" by the virtue of which they can earn much more than any franchise... RCB management is the problem because of the aforesaid reason.. the captain and a few players are the problem because despite knowing the intentions of their management they are still playing for this franchise just for the sake of money leaving the spirit of sport far behind their list of concern... RCB releases great players like yuzi for no reason and picks up anyone in the auction who uplifts their brand value without thinking whether that player is really what the team would require or not. They were shit, they are shit and they will be shit

It's just their strategy to accommodate branded players to run their business machines, it's literally a business running franchise, doesn't fit to play cricket. Can you imagine despite knowing what are their problems in the team how shit is the management that they purposefully pick the worst players and release the performing ones . You have explained the actual FAULT of the management. Everyone saying that RCB management is at fault, bad and what not, but no one dives deeper into the actual reason for their failure. The teams like PBKS and SRH have been trying to experiment with their Indian players by sending them to open, to groom them, but RCB has never taken any such move. They never bought such players and not groomed them. Also, they have a very rigid mindset, which is why they don’t like to try new things, and if they did, they did it wrong. 2nd highest Indian run scorer for RCB is Rahul Dravid, but do you know the 3rd one, it’s Devdutt Padikal, and that too in just 2 seasons. They let him go even when he’s the player they needed the most. An Indian player who plays aggressive cricket opening is what they need now, but they never invested in him. They buy same kind of players and bench them the whole season, buying foreign players who open, where will they play. They released Wanidu Hasaranga, the guy who is a genuine spinner and does pretty good with the bat, who seems to be a perfect option for RCB due to their weak middle order. Neither have they invested in power hitter or middle order batsman. The fact is they want fame, sponsors and face value. And they don’t want anyone or any Indian take the game away from Kohli, which is sad and Kohli himself wouldn’t want that. Abhisek Sharma, Prabhsimran Singh are some players who are given opportunity by their franchise, and they know it would take them more than 1 season to groom, but RCB take players, if not perform release them next year.

Till 2011 it was one of the strongest team, after that till 2016 it was still playing good cricket, but after that team struggled because of poor management and poor team selection

RCB is a great team. Don't get me wrong, they are not the best, but they're pretty good. On the win loss list, they're quite high. It's just that their performances keep swinging. Last 4 years were pretty good. This year isn't. 3 years before that also weren't. 2016 was their best season, it was the best prime any team ever had. RCB has given starts to amazing players. Manish Pandey, Mayank Agarwal, KL Rahul, Shahbaz Ahmed, Navdeep Saini, Yuzi Chahal, Shivam Dube, these are all very good players who got to play from India after playing for RCB. The problem is that they don't hold on to their players very well. Virat and ABD were the only 2 players that they would count on. Even Chris Gayle was dropped from the side. It's not a players problem, players are going to have ups and downs all throughout. It's the management at fault. The team needs a disruptive management. Mike Hesson was one of those types, but he got dropped too. A good management and a solid captain has the capability of winning the team an IPL!

Rcb players retained in 2025 : Yash Dayal Green Swapnil Singh Patidar Siraj Release likes of Kohli, Jacks, Dk(retired), Maxwell, Ferguson etc. In ipl - Rcb is only famous for loyal fan base support on favorite player like abd, kohli, steyn, Gayle but not in cricket to pick young players and not giving fully opportunity to retained every year and struggling to win the trophy.😢😒🤷
