Feels smoother but still doesn't seem to be much of an upgrade specially if you game casually, maybe an upgrade after cricket 19 but definitely not after 22

What exactly did you expect to be different? They can't change every single thing about the game, because cricket is the exact same sport as it was 2 years ago. Nothing about the sport has changed, so how could they change the game dramatically? I'm not exactly sure what your criticism is even supposed to mean. Like, are you expecting it to all of a sudden be a basketball game? Or a baseball game? Basketball and baseball are actually completely different sports to cricket, just letting you know, seeing as how you're apparently unaware of that. All the actual changes, of which there are many, are in the actual playing of the game, things like how the AI reacts to different decisions you make, different types of bowls you throw, or different tactics you use while batting. It's not something you'll be able to spot by watching a video of the gameplay, you can only notice them by playing the game yourself.

@@duffman18 character animations are exactly the same. player celebrations are exactly the same. this is like a DLC for 22 with real player faces more than a newer game 2 years later. the AI that you talk about is still dumb. I saw a video where a player went all the way across the stumps while the bowler was still running in and they still bowled it just left of the bowler

@@duffman18 How about the AI? Do we have the same brain dead AI that plays defensive cricket when it needs to go at 8 runs per over Or won’t bother when the AI needs 10 off the last over? I gave up on cricket 19 because of the CPU AI. Never got 22.

@@duffman18Are you stupid on another level??? So many games such as WWE, F1, NBA etc keep improving the gameplay and graphics every year. The cricket games are so so behind and unrealistic. The fielding is a joke, the movement seems so fake. The commentary extremely annoying and repetitive. They haven't improved it much at all. If you have played MLB you would know what realism feels like. I don't think you've played many games at all. Getting wound up for no reason, unless you were part of making this dreadful game then I can understand, you didn't do a good job at all.

If you have a look at MLB and even how they move, it's so so much better than these cricket games which looks fake. Honestly your comment is the dumbest I have ever read.

Was definitely considering to get this but the difference between this and Cricket 22 is the nr behind the word cricket. Was hoping for more licensed international teams and stadiums as well. But at least the content of your channel is brilliant

Required lot of improvements. Only thing i have noticed is a bit of graphics improvement all the previous issues are there. Like fielding AI even more dumber than C22 batting bowling issue are the same.. i think might be post release updated and fix these issues otherwise just a copy paste.

Good for marketing but As Developers and real value for Users, they should improve Player Body Structure Models, Skin painted life-less Dresses, Bowler Animation... Adding few label changes in the name of Official Teams not enough

The way the batsmen stand in the crease after a single. The worst thing that’s still in the game from 22. It’s immersion breaking and they look like robots

Features we expected from cricket 24- Diff type of cut scenes post match presentation exluding award ceremony and all. Diff shots new bowling actions. some pre match commentry and presentation. But......

The price is similar to EA FC 24. Instead we could give the licence to EA to develop the game from scratch.

EA can't even make the best football game, they've always been in 2nd place at BEST (Konami have always been, and continue to be, miles miles better than EA at making football games). So I don't know why you'd think they'd make a better cricket game, when they haven't made one for like 16 years now. All they'd do is focus on all the microtransaction bollocks like spending money to get players to build a team out of to play online against other people and their own teams, literally a pay-to-win mechanic, like FUT in the fifa games (and now the new name for the series, EA Sports FC). No real sports fan actually likes those modes. Real sports fans don't want to play online against other idiots who spend thousands on FUT cards. Real sports fans just play offline against the AI or with their friends in person, and enjoy the game based on its own merits, because they love the sport, trying to win by practicing to try and get better instead of just paying to win.

Thanks for showing us... defiantly won't be rushing out to buy this in a hurry... same immersion breaking dumb things you'd think should have been fixed in Cricket 22... and still not in 24! Maybe after a few months of patches it will improve - but why should it be this way ?? :(

I’ll continue playing cricket 22 and wait to see if they improve things. Shot playing looks unnatural and it’s almost as if the ball sticks to the bat before it shoots to the boundary. That short ball replay of Cameron green turned from a hook to a glance all of a sudden. Fielder motion is patchy. Wicket keeper just gave up on the edge. Nothing new apart from more licensed teams. Disappointed.

The AI batsman plays shot too late , some kind of glitch . In 22 short timing was amazing. Here its seems suddenly body moves when ball almost close to bat the AI whole body moves at that time.. strange

My experience so far: Graphics are good. But, semi fielding is horrendous. I don’t understand what they changed. Running between wickets has improved. Still a lot of glitches playing online with good speed.

Love seeing that no one can see how big the graphic changes are compared to 22. Big lighting upgrade and texture upgrade. Unfortunately the sponsers on most of the Licensing teams are missing. Also Scotland have a license now.

It was very very bad. Except the nostalgia for us 90s kids, there was nothing much. All shots went at exactly same direction. Every model looked the same. There was absolutely nothing that was really great about it.

I didn’t buy 22 & looking at this I won’t be buying 24 either! Slight improvement on the graphics but otherwise the gameplay looks very average indeed, a shame but not unexpected. Keep up the good work G, hope it improves with patches but I don’t hold out much hope!
