lbw rule stands for leg before wicket, a batsman can be dismissed by lbw if the ball would have struck the wicket, but was instead intercepted by any part of the batsman's body (except the hand holding the bat).

It is not easy to hit the stumps but the nice bowlers do that . They can even turn/swing the bowl in air and on the ground as well. And it is not always easy for the batsmen to hit the turning ball too

Nice video. It's good u understood it quicker. It's not that complicated onceu urself try to play it. LBW is a short form for Leg before Wicket...which is one of the ways the sticking batsman can get out if the bowler when bowls the ball gets the batsman of his body (without touching any part of the bat, else it won't be a LBW wicket if it touches the bat first. If it touches bat after touching his body then it is LBW) the body of batsman where the ball hits has to be in line with the any of the three stumps. Then its a LBW out

And the LBW rule. It's "leg before wicket" that is if the batsmen blocks the ball with his leg which was meanwhile going to hit the stumps than too the batsmen is out. The stumps should fall in the line of ball.

Mostly it involves bumping into someone deliberately, sledging (verbal provocation to anger the player), bowling in such a way that it dangerously misses the batsman. Most great players retort not by doing the same but rather scoring more for their teams. They have this ability to convert their anger into something more productive despite the tremendous mental pressure on the field. Also, believe me it's not an easy game .. ! There's so many forms in batting, so many types of bowling techniques and what not ! It's Fuckin' crazy ! :D

The ball hits the ground first.. so ballers tend to spin nd swing it / varying speeds of throw, playing with batsmen's sense of ball's trajectory.. and successfully beating them and hitting those stumps 😊

When bowler bowls(throws) the ball at the batsman, he is trying to get him out by striking the stumps. And batsman has to hit the ball with the bat only. If he blocks the ball with his legs and the ball would have struck the wickets then he is out by LBW or Leg Before Wicket.

LBW= leg before the wicket. It's when the batsman can't hit the ball and it ends up hitting his shins. So in a way the batsman blocks the ball from hitting the wickets. If his leg wasn't before the wicket then the bowler would have hit the stumps. It's not intentional because batsman are not allowed to completely block the stumps. It just happens when the ball thrown is too close to their legs and while trying to hit it, the ball hits their pads. The ball follows the trajectory of hitting the stumps usually when the umpire gives an LBW call.

LBW is Leg Before Wicket means batsman gets out even if the ball doesn't hit the stumps but it hits the part of batsman body blocking the stumps and the projectile of the ball hits the stumps.Then the umpire gives it out.

LBW is also simple. Bowler balls and if the ball suppose to hit stumps and instead your leg comes in between and it hit your leg. Then you are out as LBW.
