Criket has been fantastic for me. I live in the middle of the Mojave and am not wealthy. Cricket works just fine.

If u go to the store they’ll say that phone case & screen protectors are free but they charge u for both, I fell for it once

I used cricket for a month and I had pretty good speeds on it I switched to boost mobile like my dad and I got my first iPhone a few months ago

I can't say am loving Cricket, specifically in regard to unlocked phones support.

Cricket is great for families, and the 60 plan comes with unlimited premium data and hbo max plus 15gb hotspot. I have never seen a prepaid or mvno company offer unlimited premium data EVER only postpaid but it's more expensive and requires a credit check.

I had cricket for a while back when their speeds were caped @ 8mbps Now they removed the speed cap or so I hear thinking about trying them again when I was with them I have no trouble transferring my line and putting in my SIM card. I don’t think I like the idea of the eSIM because now you have to call them to set it up .

I'm trying to add a line to my current account with cricket wireless. I'm porting a number over and cricket canceled my first order. I try again and the same thing happening this time. I keep getting texts saying they need more info. So I give the info to them and even call customer service and give this info to an agent. The agent tells me my info can't be updated because it's already been 48 hours since I placed the order. Really!!! It hadn't even been 24 hours. So I'm waiting for my 2nd canceled order instead of getting a new phone and a new line on my account. 😢

Cricket became unusable in my area and work in the last year. Literally under 1mbps download speeds during congestion. I switched to the $40 unlimited plan with Metro and get 100+ download speeds everywhere

I bought a Straight Talk SIM because I’m from Mexico and I travel often to the US and I need a US phone number but it didn’t work on my iPhone. :(

Cricket does not allow call forwarding into a Cricket number from another phone number.

Im watching this review 1yr later, with that being said I just got a line setup with cricket and I did it myself online just put my imei selected a plan and payed 🤷‍♂️ went right thru smooth as butter, I've been really surprised with how good the service is that's how I found this video looking to see if anyone else has had such a good experience with them, I currently have another phone with tmobile service and I have to admit the cricket device does better all the time on signal and speed which is surprising 😮 but so far so good with them 😀 👍

Had a Xiaomi mi 10 pro that was HD voice capable but they still said I couldn't use it. I don't want a galaxy or iphone. I prefer the Vivo x90 pro plus. I might leave cricket for it.

I’m with metro by T-Mobile and I only used 55 gbs

the wireless program seems to legitly have customers nowadays the costumer support doesn't know anything to do with the phone but will talk you down with 1 maybe two hindu's

The top plan is bs I still get slowed down , has left from boost infinite but its about the same so probably Goin back

I'm starting to second-guess Cricket, I had been a customer since 2017 and they have gone down tremendously since then, I had to have a phone replaced last year and they gave me a crappy refurbished used one instead of a new one, my signal strength is always going in and out but yet I have nothing blocking my signal, their quality is going downhill fast and I only pay $58 a month for unlimited data and other things but because of the quality of the phones and signal I'm looking at my options of other companies

stopped my phones for no reason so switched to metro.much better and nicer

They shouldn't be able to sell the Internet. Its so slow that the service should be illegal 😊
