Although the final is the best..but this world cup upto that point didn't had the vibe of a World cup.Hardly any buzz. 2003, 2007,2011 and 2015 wc's had that vibe . 2019 and 2023 were dissapointing in that aspect tbh.

NZ had ample opportunity to score boundaries but didn’t, I mean just look at the bourgeois count England scored 50% more than NZ did during the match. NZ also had the advantage going into the super over batting second and therefore knowing what score they needed to get and still couldn’t win. Archer even gave you a one run head start bowling a NB/Wide off his first ball and you still couldn’t get the job done. That’s just how it goes some days.
