I appreciate the compliment! I don't often get to jam CEDH so it feels good to try to navigate through the format.

@@Dracomandriuthus It's the two best colours in cEDH that also has the best win con in the format. I agree it's really hard to play Dimir Control in Casual and not get stomped, but in cEDH you can just play all of the best cards while never having to worry about mana fixing because you're in two colours. Dimir in cEDH is like playing Simic in Casual imho, you technically have restrictions but you're combining great ramp with excellent card draw and interaction, so both tend to be really good in their tier. Also, Crim is very public about not being a sweaty Commander player, that's why he plays tons of cards that attract attention, the thing is in this cEDH game nobody could build up aggro to eliminate him early, and his life gain just took over. I also think he played his cards quite well, their is no question IMHO that Blue Control is about the hardest thing to play correctly (it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out why my counters seemed to always be bad cards, but my opponent's would often steal games), so kudos to Crim for a good game! Final point, if people are priority bullying you you don't have to play stuff and they're using up their resources. If it happens once in awhile okay, but if it happens every game I'm just going to let the pod die until it stops. Priority bullying is like king making in cEDH, it's bad sportsmanship even if it's very hard to police (I think in strict play it's grounds for a 'slow play' call if you're abusing it).

I once lost 100 life by casting a non creature spell due to a creature my opponent copied 50 times that makes opponents loose 2 life if they cast a non creature spell.... it was just hilarious tbh 😂

Faerie Mastermind only draws on the second time an opponent draws a card, so it'd only give Crim one draw from the Glinthorn trigger, not a draw each time

Normally there's no functional difference, but LED's oracle text specifies that it can only be activated at instant speed, which prevents you from activating it while you are casting a spell.

It only triggers when an opponent draws their second card of the turn, so it's typically only triggering for the one active opponent. If he activated it a second time though, it would trigger off the other two for sure.

LED specifically says Activate only as an instant. This means that it cannot be activated in the process of casting a spell/paying a cost compared to other mana abilities like the chromatic star Andrea used to filter for blue. The chromatic star play works because in the process of casting a spell determining the cost occurs before having to pay the cost.

You use Lion's Eye Diamond in response to the Tutor that gets you the card you want to cast with the Diamond. Serge merely forgot to explain this basic LED pattern.

There are infinite describable numbers but this is the smallest kind of infinity called a countable infinity. However there are indescribable numbers that don’t have names. These are a much larger infinity called the continuum. If a number is picked at random there is probability 0 a describable number will be picked.
