Ignoring everything else about the guns or the game, the animations themselves are really solid, in my opinion. They flow nicely and are very fluid, especially on the revolvers. It's all one motion, pretty much.

1. Same sound bytes used for a lot of weapons. 2. Vanishing magazines during the reload animations for the SMGs 3. Inaccurate animations on many of them. 4. Just plain trash.

And it being an indie game doesn't excuse it having bad animations, because there's a MOUNTAIN of indie passion projects out there that don't. I don't think anyone would have blamed them if they launched it with "Early Access" in the title so everyone knew it was a work in progress, but they never did, it's fully released, just like Cyberpunk was.
