Heroin killed my town in the north of England in the late 80's and 90's,I was lucky and ended up in France.3 generations touched by it now....but when the young need to escape from a failing system,this is what happens.

They have for decades, same with coke, Afghanistan produced hardly any opium until the coalition of the willing invaded then they produced 95% of the world's opium for two decades.

LOL thats not true, there have been isolated times black operations have involved drug syndicates and rogue intelligence groups have trafficed drugs but by no means is it overseen by the government. They can make accurate predictions through water treatment tests.

What good did any of this do? 45 years ago they made the dealers richer by increasing the value of a kilo of Heroine immediately doubling a dealers income. Here we are 45 years later and Fentanyl costs less than a dollar. Great Job

Back in the 78 in my building 334 Ave D 3rd st a bag of heroin is $5 nickel bag dope and $5 nickel of bag of cocaine. $10 will get you a nice speed ball for a whole day .
