All men and three boys who raped Dhara should be stripped naked, castrated and paraded in the village. Dhara's fault was that she was good looking and a young widow. Men like to think that such "unprotected" woman is available for their sexual predations. Dhara's two brothers should be buried in the ground with their heads up until such time that they become insane.

dear all, i would like to say that if a boy be it of any age rapes a female he should not be considered as juvenile...he is certainly not a juvenile...the devil whom the law said juvenile in delhi rape case should be considered as adult....because only adults can do such a crime..so please age should not be considered...but the crime itself proves a person is juvenile or not...bye..take care all of you.

In US there was a case. Robert Thompson and Jon Venables were both 10 years old when they abducted and killed two-year-old James Bulger in 1993. Bulger suffered multiple skull fractures from blows to the head, and was sexually abused by the two older boys. They both were treated as adult and are still service their sentences... Because of the nature of the crime, the 2 children brain were considered as much adult and got severe punishment... only in India they do bacha hai bacha hai... chod do use

Killing his mother wasn't right but he wasn't coward and killed her in the belief that this will ends her sufferings. In fact he's the only one who stands for her and care for her but he is too young and alone to protect her from all those despicable cowards . Even police can't provide protection for her. in cases of rape the victim should be immediately shifted and sheltered in a safe place by the police so that the culprits would not threaten or intimidate her again and again till the case is resolved.

ज्ञान मत दे ज़्यादा मालूम है सबको पढाई लिखाई तो होती नही तुझसे 10वी में 3 बार फैल हुई है दिन भर खाते रहती है इसलिए भैंस के जैसे मोटी हो गई हैं अच्छे से पढ़ नही तो किसी और से शादी कर लूंगा
