🤣🤣🤣Napak ani anagenda yo mu bakalamoja? The reason they are targeting Luzira is because of the amenities, the water, the access to the road, and the city center. That is why they want to build in Luzira. In Napak the "investor" will have to build the roads to the Hotel, and 'pull" the electricity and all other amenities which is costly for the "investor".

Uganda Police Crime Intelligence has enough to go with that should constructively develop their own theory/line of inquiry and Investigation without necessarily resorting to your theories and observations: the assailant in hospital, the personal account of standby boda-boda- ebyo bibyo, but that is not why or how Police should form their investigation.

They are amateurs, reason they were caught. Proffessionals never stop to fight unless they are circled. The narrator and their pursuer claims their bike was too fast for theirs but they would reduce speed to wait on their pursuers! Don't you find this strange with professionals!?
