Suspicious of Jess's (David Sullivan) intentions, Jamie (Sarah Jones) tries to escape an illegal procedure. Jess alters plans, an EMT objects, fearing harm to the baby. Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) and Tim (Jacob Pitts) intervene just in time, resolving the situation with a precise shot.

Deputy Raylan Givens has his own, Wild West-style methods of upholding justice, putting him at odds with the criminals he hunts and with his bosses in the U.S. Marshals Service. And an incident prompts his reassignment to the Kentucky district where he grew up. The character is based on one created by author Elmore Leonard in several books and short stories.

Nice detail I missed before. Raylan describing the "Apricot" is also communicating to Tim what to do

Plus he cocks his head towards Tim, the motion of which causes the bad guy to tilt his head in an angle where Tim can get the shot.

@@jasonn6306 No , it's a real thing. The "apricot" is the medulla oblongata, the "function center", and what he says is true, take that out, and a person drops like a ragdoll.

This is the best part of that whole story line. I still can't believe Eurotrip's "This isn't where I parked my car!" guy portrayed such a badass.

wow. Me too. I got to shoot competitively one time while I was in the Marine Corps. I was 5th in the pistol, 9th in the rifle, and 7th overall out of 150 Marines. Most of them had been competing for years.
