Ten (10) things that I have learned 1. Criminal Justice System is a process and I remember 5 words. These are Evaluate, Gather, Decide, and accused. 1st thing that a police do is evaluate, investigate and find evidence. 2nd thing is to gather informations that have been collected. 3rd is to decide if sufficient for filing a warrant charges. I've learned the criminal justice system is a series of goverment agencies and institutions. Goals include the rehabilitation of offenders, preventing other crimes, and moral support for victims.

I've learned that crime is the act or omission in the violation of this crime, and it's also say that there is no crimes when there is no law punishing it, and it also say that justice need to be equal poor or rich.

Ok Criminal justice system is a defense mechanism or machinery which is use to prevent or control crime. It also means the totality of the activity of the law enforcement the police and military prosecutor, judges and corrections personnel.

I've learned that Justice is the application of the law, but it must be equal to those who are poor or rich, young or old and also about the criminal justice system as well as the process of connecting the five pillars.

In this video, I have learned that: 1. Even if you didn't do something or have neglected a responsibility, you are liable. 2. You cannot be punish if there is no law prohibiting such action. 3. You cannot tag a person a "criminal" unless proven by court. 4. American CJS have three pillars while the Philippines CJS have five. 5. Prosecutors are responsible in evaluating evidence and filing charges; not Police officers. 6. The Five Pillars are Law Enforcement, Prosecution, Court, Correction, and Community. 7.
