Some gangs and criminal organizations do some good…doesn’t outweigh the bad or saying that I agree with it…but still People forget when ISIS said they would infiltrate the US through Mexican drug cartels tunnels that the cartels literally went live on news saying come try it and we will show you how to truly behead people We had a gang in New Orleans after Katrina have a shootout with police because their neighborhood apartments were going to be demolished…the city ended up renovating and rebuilding them…they fought for their homes that was all they knew The Magnolia Boys in New Orleans pushed the Mexican Cartel and MS13 out of certain neighborhoods and said they weren’t gonna allow that shit on their streets…something the police force didn’t mobilize to do Some gangs actually lookout at bus stops because they said anyone going for little kids deserved to be dropped on the spot I’ve heard of some street gangs going on eliminating drug dealers that are mixing and selling lethal shit killing countless people…I mean they sell their own but they see it as less harmful than the other shit I mean not all of them are just pointless and erratic killers…

Foolio says that he was sent to an alternative school in an opps neighborhood and got shot when he got off the school bus. He was 15 iirc. He said he even tried going back to school, but they didn't allow him back. (He was shot because he allegedly was involved in shooting someone, but he claims that he was getting ready for school and was shocked that someone would actually shoot him when he didn't kill anyone.) It looks like the people around him that are doing the shootings don't care, tbh. I saw a vid that had a photo of each person he listed and it honestly made listening to this song even harder.

Sometimes it just comes down to some beef the gangs had from older generations. It’s fucked, because innocent people who have no involvement get caught up in the crossfire.

Problem is the young people aren't watching stuff like this until they need a lawyer, or worse they are never watching it because they got whacked because someone in some other part of town didn't like them. One of my favorite movies is 'Boyz n the hood' It shows a really interesting perspective, and it really impacted me in a way I can't really describe. I'm not in the US but I was courting a lifestyle that might have ended the same way for me as it did the other guys in that movie. After watching it I changed track and left all that stuff behind. So people like Bruce doing what he is doing .. hopefully it changes one life, and that's a start right?
