I'm watching all of this JJ and Reid stuff after the finale and I mean, as much as they would have been a beautiful couple, sometimes the platonic relationships are the strongest and most meaningful. She loves her husband and she has two sons. At some point, I'm just angry because they never let Reid be HAPPY

My question to the writers would be this. They knew the chemistry,they have eyes. It was in plain sight for everyone to see. And they could've written so many storyline based on this. It was there all the time,but why didn't they do it? WHY?? It was a great one. This is the thing they should've pursued but didn't and the mistake is there

This is so aggravating! I knew from the first time she called him Spence that they’d be a great couple , but apparently the writers didn’t catch it or they just didn’t care either way this is heartbreaking. It’s also frustrating because I like JJ’s husband I just don’t like how rushed their relationship seemed,but I guess everything works out in a way at least they finally confessed to each other.

The only thing I hate about this storyline is that the writers literally brought it back after 14 seasons, they were never mentioned as more than just friends since the football tickets scene and then they drop this out of nowhere, it should've been more developed at the very least.

I’m currently trying to binge watch. I’ve made it to season 8 (even though I’ve seen most the episodes) I just have an issue with half the cast leaving and having to get to know new members. Happy to see Spencer, JJ and Rossi made it to the final.

To be completely honest, the writers ruined their bond. JJ and Spencer's bond was the most cute thing ever in the show. They were like brothers. And now. If they did this on the first seasons I would be completely, a 100% the happiest. But not now. She has a family now. This was unnecessary.

The character's have just a nice chemistry... and I do ship them even though I think is too late... the think is there is the love that we want to work out and there is the love that work out I think that this is the example of it... JJ I think she really loves Spencer but time moved on and when she met will she was like "it him is easy it works... is simple, with Spencer would be more complicated." They love each other but time had the control in their story. Love them though ❤ amazing video btw

I think JJ never acted upon her feelings for Reid because they work together and she was afraid that if their relationship didn't last that was going to mess they work also at the beginning of the series Reid was very immature and JJ's marriage had its downs. I don't think neither of them was completely happy with each other. JJ failing in love with Reid makes sense for me.

Downright despise it. #1: If the writers wanted them to be together so damn badly, why didn't they make a follow up on the Redskin game that Reid asked JJ to go with him? #2: Why wait (15) seasons before telling everyone that JJ suddenly loves Reid? #3: You can literally tell from the way that everyone treats Reid, but he is the literal baby brother to everyone. Including JJ & Will. That is why he was made the God father of JJ & Will's kids. #4: JJ & William are literally the fucking perfect couple. One partner works with the other so that partner is able to continue the career of their dreams. They had two amazing kids, that they are both so happy about. JJ went through a fucking miscarriage and you really believe she was thinking about Reid being there to comfort her instead of Will? Despite their bond? JJ clearly loved Will and they made the perfect couple. Reid & JJ could have worked had the writers continued with their relationship after the damn Redskins game. Not to mention, she waits several damn years to finally be like, "Yeah, I don't love Will!" Even though she supposedly knew the whole time? Fuck that.

I know what it's like to be the odd man out. I met this girl through work and we became really good friends, she's the one that got me watching this show. She's perfect everything I been looking for except when I met her she was a newly wed just married within a few months. There was a strong mental and spiritual attraction.she eventually express to me if we were to have met a few months earlier she probably wouldn't have been married but since she already is I told her she has to see that through no matter where it takes her. She was young married right when she turned 18 and was still 18 when we were hanging out. This story line just reminded me of that moment and after they tell you that it's like what am I supposed to do with that information.

Great depiction of what happens in life sometimes. She won't be happy with her husband, just content, she should have explored her feelings for Reid. Not only not having the guts to pursue a relationship will doom her but him as well. As much as they are with other people, those unexplored feelings will make them idealize a "what if..." scenario, which is unfair to their partners. Since idealized is always better than reality. Learn from this guys, have the guts & take it... don't have those unexplored feelings.
