Since this is part 1 I guess the Ciphers are gonna be the ghosts next time? I wonder what kind of ghosts they'll be. With how Bill is acting he'll probably be a Poltergeist. Kill I would guess Demon or Oni. Will seems like he'd be a Shade but I think it'd be fun if he were a Banshee or something. Can't wait for the next part :).
