I think someone who wrote it just translate non-english term to english. For example, there's a term in bahasa " Malam Pertama ". Most of indonesian, they're tryna stay away from premarital sex so when they're married there will be a " Malam Pertama " which means, the first time for them doing-- you know, sex. And they usually do that at the first night of their wedding day. So if you translate " Malam Pertama " to english, it'll be " First Night " :)
