This is definitely one of my favourite changes they've made in a while. It makes Cripple Moab that much better without becoming broken or sacrificing it's identity. I honestly have always liked towers like the top path sniper; slow shooters, but heavy hitters. Kind of a shame that the 'meta' for BTD6 almost exclusively revolves around fast towers that can get flat buffs. Changes like this might actually have us seeing some new strategies and challenges.

This is nice to see. I was doing a sniper game on the odyssey yesterday. One of my biggest complaints was how weak 1-2-0 and 2-2-0 snipers were.

one of my favorite challanges that ive only found a few of is the 2tc x 2MP combo. so far, ive only found cannon ship x big plane, antibloon x oc, and my personal favorite, wlph x glue storm.

I'm at that time of the year again where I binge an ungodly amount of ISAB videos. He's like one of a few youtubers I consistently watch in the last couple of years, lol.

I don't know if you know this, but putting shrapnel on close targeting, it will mostly use all shrapnels on every single attack without you needing to do all the downdraft shenanigans

this reminds me of the "graze" skill in payday 2, which makes it so when you get a headshot with a sniper, enemies around the one that you killed also die/take damage

Hey isab, have you done a "challenge" where you see how far each 5-5-5 tower gets? Seeing the new sniper attack makes me think it'd get the furthest, because it's an insane combination of big damage and fast attack speed, but I would not mind be proven wrong. You could also max buff them for fun if you feel like it. I'd do it myself, but I don't think my ancient pc would handle it lol

Pro tip for shrapnel snipers, put them on close! In BTD6, targeting is a key gameplay tool that can be deceivingly helpful. We all know about putting a Ultra-Juggernaugt on last in a straight line, as it will maximize the tower's pierce (which is it's main attribute) For shrapnel snipers, close targeting is really useful at optimizing the shrapnel's pierce (which do decent damage with the recent patches), of course you do have to position it smartly, in a best case scenario, you want your sniper to be attacking bloons that are coming towards it, the instant bloons start going away from the snipers, the sniper will start to "chase" the bloons, and if set on first, it will use non of its shrapnels. Close targeting remedies that (mainly in cases of clumped bloons). It is an early game tip obviously, as late game your snipers will rarely be main DPS's. In the case of the Cripple MOAB, it's main use late and super late game is support anyways, so it'll be set on strong all the way.

So basically, the Cripple MOAB is not firing explosive BMG (bloon monkey gun)

when you add the 28 damage per explosion as 280 damage (full efficiency) wouldn’t it be way better to focus the 5-0-2 sniper? Would be interesting to see

The encrypted easter egg has been solved! I'm not sure where the original Reddit post is, but I've tried this myself: 1. Center: super monkey 2. Any tier 5s (I'm not sure if they have to be worth $50,000) on each of the pedestals 3. The graves with candles (not the water one on the left) need to have a monkey (unupgraded I think) of each type you put on the pedestals. 3.5. The monkeys must correspond to the pedestals pointing to it, the military bottom right, support middle right, and so on. 4. Upgrade the super monkey to sun temple The center of the encrypted goes crazy and starts hooking in DDTs and ZOMGs. If anyone can find the original post, please comment the link below!
