COOKER WALA AMRITSARI KULCHA - Another popular recipe that everyone loves and wants to try at home is the Street Style Kulcha. Kulche Chole, that too, Delhi style Kucha Recipe surely gets everyone salivating, right?
Check out the video for a step by step Kulcha Recipe. Once you have mastered the technique, you can make any kind of Stuffed or just Plain Kulcha.
So here's my recipe for making delicious stuffed Kulcha in a cooker. Let's cook? :)

Cooker Wala Kulcha
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 04
Course: Breakfast
Ingredients
For Dough
2 cups refined flour, मैदा
1 tsp Caster sugar, चीनी
¼ tsp of baking powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
¼ tsp of baking soda, खाने का सोडा
4 tbsp ghee,घी
¼ cups curd, beaten,दही
For Filling
1 tbsp coriander Seeds, toasted, crushed, धनिया
1 tbsp cumin Seeds, toasted, crushed, जीरा
2 onions, finely chopped, प्याज,
2-3 green chillies, chopped, हरी मिर्च,
¼ cups fresh coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया
1 tsp amchur powder, अमचूर पाउडर
4 potatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed, आलू
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Process
For Dough
In a mixing bowl add refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, caster sugar, ghee, curd mix well and knead a semi soft dough.
For filling
In a pan, add cumin Seeds , Coriander Seeds Dry roast them well, crush it coarsely and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl, add onion, green chilli, fresh coriander leaves, add the crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, amchur powder and mix well.
Add boiled potatoes and mashed well. Mix well till the mixture gets creamy texture. Add salt to taste and mix well and keep it aside.
For Salt Water
In a bowl, add water, salt and mix well.
For Kulcha
Make a medium size ball from the dough, place the stuffing in the center, bring the edges together and join them at the center.
Gently roll to a large disc of about 5 to 6 inches in diameter.
Apply some ghee, coriander leaves and gently press the kulcha so that it gets stuck to the dough.
Heat the cooker on high flame. Once the cooker is hot, sprinkle salt water in the cooker so that the kulcha sticks to it. Gently place the kulcha.
Once it is cooked from both sides, place the kulcha on the rack and apply some ghee.
Serve hot kulcha with chole or pickle.

agar describe karo aur photo dalo to bata denge... Vaise us mein 1-2 mutthi BAKING SODA daal kar garam pani bhar kar raat bhar chhod dein, (ya 2-3 ghantey). Phir zara sa scrub karne se hi regularndhone se saaf ho jayga jayega

@@homosapiens20 shayadbaap ya btomkhana hi nahi banati ya phir naap ko nbartan saaf nahin karne padtey.Hum jaise njo ki kaam bhi kartey hain aur ghar par khana bananey ke bhi shaukeen hain... unhein bartan saaf karna MAZAAK nahi lagta... Hum ye techniques banaatey hain dimaag laga kar sonthat we can work smart & no hard... & don't have to cover up using the old boring cliche ki mazaak kar rahe they... AAp ko nahi npar kisi konto shayad seriously pochhna ho sakta hai na? Uske liye to ye kaam ki baat hogi na? Aap kon aap ke mazaak mubarak hon

It's beautiful how you prepare all the spices and chop the vegetables so naturally while cooking. In most cooking shows, everything is pre bhuna hua and pre chopped, and I didn't think there was anything wrong with that until I started seeing your videos and now I know that this is what's the best way to go about it. Amazing work!

What happened to the audio at 2:00? It became distant suddenly 😅. Doesn't feels nice to listen. I guess it's voice over ASMR🤣. But ranveer's personality was ASMR already

In old muslin culture (Specially multan and kashmiri region) clove and khus khus used to soak in water for over night and then that fermented water used to be the fermenting agent.

Kokilaben to Ranveer's mom: Ye Ranveer, Cooker mein se chane nikal diye aur khaali cooker gas par chadha dia, charo taraf se jala diya, Namak wala paani pura chhidak kar, Kulche ko andar chipka diya. Meanwhile Raashi: Yehi to main kar rahi thi.🙄
