✤ Ingredients
- 11sheet, Wheat tortillas 6inch(15cm)
- 110g Chicken breast (1 small piece)
- 100g Boiled chickpeas
- 35g (2Tbsp) Chopped onion
- 35g (2Tbsp) Chopped bell pepper
- 14g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic
- 3g (0.5Tbsp) Chili powder
- 10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder
- 80g (4Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp Chopped jalapeño (omit in the video)
- Yogurt (side sauce)
✤ Tips
- If you have jalapenos, chop them up and put them in. I forgot to put them in :) (Of course, it's delicious even without it)
- The chickpeas were soaked for 6 hours and boiled for 30 minutes with the rice cooker steamer function.
- You can use chickpeas instead of chicken breast, or chicken breast instead of chickpeas.
- Instead of frying, you can grease it with cooking oil and bake it in an oven or air fryer.
