Ingredients:
Chicken Breast/Fillet - 800 gram
Buttermilk - 2 cup
All purpose Flour - 2 cup
Salt - 2,5 teaspoon
Red chilli/ Red Paprika - 1,5 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1,5 teaspoon
Ginger powder - 1,5 teaspoon
Red Chilli paste/Sauce - 2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/4th teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Basil - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 3
Oil to fry
