INGREDIENTS :-
Boneless Chicken 300 gm
Garlic Cloves 7-8
Green chillies 3-4
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
For the Batter :-
All purpose Flour 3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
A pinch of chilli flakes
Add little water at a time and mix well
For Garlic Cheese Sauce :-
Butter 1 tbsp
Grated Garlic 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Milk 7-8 tbsp
Cheese slice 2
