Chilli Garlic Fish Restaurant Style | चिल्ली गार्लिक फिश | Fish Chilly Dry | Chilli Fish |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.400 gm boneless fish
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsp aromate powder
1 spoon chilli paste
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 egg yolks
4 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
2 tbsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop ginger
3 green chilli
1/2+1/2 red yellow green capsicum
spring onion
.500 ml oil for frying
