Today we will learn how to make restaurant style crispy French Fries recipe. We know that Mcdonald's French fries is the very common choice for eating French fries but this recipe will give you the nearer taste at home. Just watch easy recipe and try it.
Ingredients of French Fries Recipe:
1. Potatoes (2 big sizes).
2. Black salt (2 pinches).
3. Chaat masala (2 pinches).
4. Corn flour (2 tsp).
5. Salt (¼ tsp).
6. Refined oil ( for deep fry).
Methods of how to make French Fries:
1. Cut the potatoes in long slices and soak into cold water for 10 min.
2. Boil water in a pan and add potato slices.
3. Add ¼ tsp salt and cover it for only 5 min in high flame.
4. Now drained the water. Take a kitchen towel and pat dry the potato slices.
5. Spread 2 tsp corn flour all over the dry potato.
6. Keep it for 1 hour in refrigerator.
7. After 1 hour mix the corn flour in potato slices.
8. Heat the oil in pan and fry the potato slices in high flame till become golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve hot French Fries with sprinkle some chaat masala and some black salt.
