Most appreciated is the point raised about the centre or root which has a different texture! There are also multiple roots in one onion which may also have parts which have to be thrown away. This perhaps because of heavy stacking to meet the demand. Wish something is done to highlight this issue.

After I remove them from oil, they become soggy and soft. I trust this recipe will help me keeping my fried onion fresh and kurkure I am writing this from America.
