Crispy Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Small gold potatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
One or two sprigs of fresh rosemary (I used dried rosemary, about 1 tablespoon)
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Boil the potatoes for 8-10 minutes. We mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, red chili pepper, arrange them on a greased paper-lined tray and crush them with a glass. We bake them in a preheated 200 C (380 F) oven for about 8-10 minutes. (5 min bake 5 min broil)
