This oatmeal cookie recipe was a hit here at home.
Note: my cup has a capacity of 240 ml.
Ingredients:
2 cups of rolled oats or oat bran (200 grams)
3 tablespoons brown sugar or sweetener of your choice (35 grams)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
60 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
