Mutton chaap 500gms (chops)
Pyaz 1small (onion
Lassan Adrak 1tbs (ginger garlic paste)
Namak (salt to taste)
Pani 1/2cup (water)
Dahi 1/2cup (yoghurt)
Besan 2tbs (garbanzo beens powder)
Chawal ka aata 2tbs (rice flour)
Kuti laal mirch 1/2tsp (chilli flakes)
Laal mirch 1/2tsp (red chilli powder)
Haldi powder 1/4 (turmeric powder)
Kuta Dhaniya 1tbs (crushed dry coriander)
Zeera powder 1tsp (Cumin powder)
Chaat masala 1tsp
Kasuri methi 1tsp (Dry fenugreek leaves)
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp (all spices powder)
Kala namak 1/4tsp (black salt)
Khanay ka rang 2pinch (food colour)
Nimbu ka ras 1tsp (lime juice)
