Very well described,the futile practice of washing meat. Latest microbiologist researchers have proven that it doesnt change the microflora/cleanliness of meat either as tgey are killed during cooking anyways.however cleaning it in your sink cause spread of germs in the sink where rest of the dishes are cleaned.
