I just made these and they are really good! Not quite as crispy as I was expecting but definitely delicious. Only problem was some of my prawns fell off the fritters when I fried them. Maybe I should have pushed them down into the batter? I just sat them back on once removing them from the oil. My son and husband thought they were super yummy!
