Khurma is the most desire traditional Bengali sweet for kids specially.
Here we used 15 KG flour & 20 KG sugar & 10 KG oil to make about 50 KG crispy sweet & serve to full village children & villagers.
This is very oldest sweet item in Bangladesh. In every village in Bangladesh Ferryman come & sale this Khurma to the kids. And how we made the khurma and all ingredient I added with the video in English.
