@@amygdal.a hi! as a mexican myself i can tell u that mostly, the reason why mashed avocados cant be considered guacamole its because its still just avocado. Guacamole is actually a sauce whose main ingredient is the avocado but it also includes other things such as tomatoes, green chili or chili pepper, salt, lemon juice, etc. and its usually prepared in a molcajete
