Cool to hear your pidgin. I stay Hawaii 10 years and gained 50 lbs. (quit smoking there too). I was really getting ono for some Crispy Gau Gee Mein Cake Noodle with Pork from Kin Wah Chop Suey in Kaneohe. Never got used to Aloha shoyu but use some dark Chinese style. I add a bit of Five Spice and extra white pepper. I like the fold over square shape too. Aloha from Raleigh, North Carolina.

I was starting to fall asleep viewing some of the blogs here in youtube but Then I saw you have a new blog so right away my sleepy mode just went away. Hahaah! You are always too funny! I did notice right away everything is crispy clear in your video and I guess due to a new camera. You look good with an HD Camera. i wish I could look like that with an HD but I have to dim the surrounding. What kind a camera do you have now? I love that you make your recipes seem so easy. Thanks for sharing!

We got a simple basic camera. JVC HD Everio. My only regret is I didn't think about checking for a remote control! Aaaaaaa! That would of made filming alittle easier!

Yummy! I stopped buying Pot Stickers/Wontons/Mandu from Asian stores because most of them have lots of "filler" and MSG.. I've been eating the ones from Trader Joes, and while they're pretty good for $2.99 a bag, and have minimal ingredients, making from scratch is always better! New camera is SUPER clear!

First thing... I enjoyed making the Gau Gee! I made the mistake of placing them slightly over each other so got kinda stuck but with some patience, I was able to separate. Very ono! Secondly, I also made your pan Laulau recipe. Omg! In the oven at 4am, pau by 8am... was a little smaller batch than yours, 6lb pork butt. But soooo good! Almost all gone by the 2nd day. LOL!! Mahalo, pretty lady!! Stay safe, healthy and be blessed ❤️
