He probably already knew which cup it was under while he smashed either the 1st or 2nd cup because as you can see when he smashes the first one, the one with the knife thats beside it, didn't wobble. As for hitting the 2nd cup, the one on the end next to it did wobble. And so since then he already knew it and in the end made it seem like he was gonna aim for the one with the knife to scare them but actually went for the one with no knife. Its just like what David did too, and he actually told how he knew. It was pretty obvious to see too even without him explaining. And so the same explanation goes with Chris' "trick" here :)

Actually, I noticed he was holding the guy's forehead. Something tells me that whenever he put his hand over the cup that had the knife under it, he maybe would have a mscle twitch or he could feel his pulse rise or something

I work for Chris I was one of the camera guys he wears a wire and I tell him what cup it is simple.
