Dream theater is another one of my favorite bands. To now know that they had plans to work together breaks my heart. The feel that everyone would have felt would have created music that is so enveloped with technical strategy, yet so simple that we all hear the same thing. Yet still layers upon layers of talent. I will dream tonight wondering how that would have gone. The meeting and interactions. To the feeling of the music they all would have felt. Such a loss. Gone much too soon. R.I.P Criss, Forever known through us.

I love the Yngwie story!! However, Dave Mustaine has come out and said that he never asked Criss to join Megadeth. Not because Criss wasn't good enough or anything, it just never happened.

Anyone have footage of the time criss had Jon forgetting lyrics? I NEED to see him playing to put down yngwie. God I can just picture the intensity that night. One that frightened his own brother. Whew reading that gave me goosebumps but make him such a badass. Good guys can bite too.

@StackBundle2 жыл бұрын
Based on the bands touring lineup (John Zahner was touring with them after streets came out), I can pretty safely say it was the show in 1992. There is real, decent footage of Yngwie playing his set which means that there probably was, at some point, footage of Savatage's set. But if we consider the story to be true and Criss did play as well or better than Yngwie then Yngwie surely would not let that footage see the light of day. Too much ego.
