But psg's style of attack relies specifically on build up, well most of the time. Talking about zidane's or mourinho's real, they dont just rely on build up. Long passes, counter attacks, solo runs(barely). Mbappe going to real madrid would turn into a nightmare. He isnt that much of an adaptive type .
