I cried. Only God was with me. I am battling Anxiety and Panic Disorder for a year now pero si God lang nagpakalma sa akin. GRABEY! God does not give us the spirit of fear but the spirit of freedom peace and joy.

Noong una pa lang niyang sabak sa showbiz, sa Starstruck sya na ang pinakagusto ko kahit marami akong naririnig na negative sa kanya, pero everytime I look at her face on screen back then, she really has something, mararamdaman mong may pinagdadaanan na matindi and I can also feel na misunderstood sya and I believe she has a very nice heart.

What she had as a child is selective mutism,it is an anxiety disorder when the person is unable to speak in a certain situation such as relatives or other people that they do not see very often they dont refuse to speak but literally unable to speak.(see sective mutism in mental health website)these will serves us an awareness how a child or a person suffers and deals with a certain difficulty in life,well done for overcoming these situations. You'd grown up to be well adjusted and formidable adult had left you well rounded and unscathed well done.God bless you.

Totally agree with what she said about "healthy boundaries". Our families are if not sometimes, most of the times are the source of recurring toxicity and trauma. I have done the same for years already. I never burned bridges but I set boundaries and I already know when to say "No" even to these (family) people that trigger me. ❤😊
