Loved this episode! Shannon’s podcast is really good. I highly recommend it. The TCA community is awesome to be a part of too. Great coaching and advice when you need it is a necessity when you’re working for yourself. It’s nice to have a community to go to when you need the help.

Great, great video, really enjoyed it. I was kind of surprised that the word "strategy" wasn't really mentioned by either of you. Shannon mentioned helping clients with their business in relation to their goals (more time with daughter), which totally resonated with me - but neither of you mentioned business strategy, which would be a key service offering that isn't a low-value/low-price commodity/compliance service

Great interview. I would love to see an interview with a firm owner who may be from a different business discipline who is not a CPA. Learning about how they came to become fractional CFO would be very insightful.

Great question. I'm not a CPA so there's that 😂 I'll have a panel of firm owners at The CFO Accelerator LIVE talking about how they built their firms. There will only be 1 or 2 CPAs on the panel - the rest won't be CPAs.
