This is the third meeting with the improvised black powder merchant -Victor from the D&D rpg show from Geek and Sundry that is Critical Role.

I picture it like the Alpine Ranger scene with Droopy, where the entire line of soldiers takes a step back to make it look like Droopy stepped forward to volunteer for the mission.

There's no better singular moment than the transition from "No, I've been locked down here for hours" to Laura with her face on the table, Liam turning to the side and resting on his hand, Travis lowering his head trying to fight back the laughter and Ashley going "oh no" and showing genuine concern.

My favorite description line from matt of all time is "Pulling up the ladder he didnt use" because it perfectly summs up victor.

My favorite is Percy/Taliesin going "OH SWEET GODS OF PELOR" and just instinctively cringing backwards in horror/shock.

First time I ever watched this and heard Victor say "i'm taken" i said out loud "By what??" and then proceeded to laugh and cry laugh for a good 10 minutes

I love that they all loved Victor so much that they felt bad when he said he'd been locked in the mine for hours. Just the genuine concern for this poor man mixed with the humor of Victor making for probably my favorite moment with him. Well this combined with him getting his hand.

I think VM went through some serious trauma just before this scene so actually everyone was a bit tight here, going straight to the possibility that Victor might be dead.
