In Episode 010 we race to get the hotel ready to open for the summer season as well as prepare for the shooting of a documentary by Hrvatski National Television about our journey moving from Los Angeles To Croatia to open a boutique hotel.
We have followed our dream of opening a boutique hotel on the Croatian coast in the small village of Zaton outside of the historic city of Šibenik. When we arrived we had no idea what the future would hold, but we knew we would turn our dream into a reality.
