I can't believe all the negativity on this video... I've been to Croatia about 8 times staying each time for about a month, its beautiful country and safe for sure, I've been to the beach all over the Adriatic and inland as well. Spent most of my time in Zagreb and it was so safe, even girls could walk home at night alone. I from California by the way, love east Europe, love my times in Croatia.....

There's a rainbow above that sea, its so mesmerizing too.. it's colours are a reflection of the beauty of this, itself being of an enchanting nature. And to be in love with that human paradise, who was crossing my path, makes that words can't even comprehend how Í feel too.

Why do we still keep posting comments blaming one another instead of just focusing on the beauty of this country? I am a Serb but I would rather go to Croatia than to Montenegro. Primarily due the most beautiful scenery and beaches, friendly people and fantastic food. The experience is amazing every time we go and that is every year at least twice! As for the weather, from about May until October it is NEVER cold!

right!! I had the chance to travel to many different countries and I can say CROATIA IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD, THE SEA!!! OH MY GOD!!! I am not croatian but I love it, is just breathtaking!!!, LIJEPA CROATIA!!! :)

In Reno, NV USA at a great breakfast spot, a retired oil worker who lived and worked all over Europe & the Mediterranean told me Croatia was his favorite spot...beautiful, cheap and nice people he said. I want to see Croatia...

I am from Japan, one of the safest countries on this planet (maybe not after the earthquake). But I felt in Croatia often safer than Japan, after travelling at least 5 times. I travelled all over the country from Dubrovnik to Vukovar, and I never felt unsafe or unwelcomed. No racial discrimination whatsoever. BTW, I felt that Serbian people are so warm and I felt like I was receiving special treatment as a Japanese. Conclusion: both countries are safe and beautiful with different characters.

i miss hrvatska so much. i will be back in 2013.

In the night from Saturday to Sunday around 4:30 pm on the street in the area Bačvica two citizens of the Netherlands came two unknown perpetrators and threatened with a knife by one estranged jewelry. On Saturday at 20:30 pm on the waterfront in Split unknown person approached the 15-year-old and her from hands snatched a cell phone. The material damage is estimated at about 3 thousand. There are ongoing police investigations in both cases.
