I tried 3-4 different methods after seeing ~5 videos. This was the only way I found to go into recovery mode. This video is a lifesaver. Thank you friend. Also never give any kid your mobile when they are in the settings, they will change your pin.

Thanks for the solution to reset, but after the reset there's a second problem because of the email password cannot remember? How to reset the email?

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

You are a lifesaver! My ol Huawei P20 Lite died today for good, so I took my sisters old A51 but nobody remembered the PIN. This video let me reset the phone so I can use it again

@@CrocFIX when I open the camera on this said Samsung Galaxy A51 the screen just plays back, before the camera crashes. Do you have an idea where the problem could be with that? Google didn't help there

@@TheMarslMcFly The first thing wha I would do is, to open the phone, clean all contacts for the front camera module and back camera modules and try again. If that doesn't help, I would try another camera modules. It could be that the camera is faulty. It could be also a problem with the motherboard. Hard to say if not diagnosed.

@@CrocFIX well, I can't open it up lol. But it's not just the back camera, but the front camera as well. If I open it the screen just stays black, as if it's frozen, before a popup comes up with "Warning - Camera failed" before it closes itself again. So I assume there's something wrong with the software

Mine only goes to a aqua color screan when you hold all 3 buttons , and this on that won't let you move up and down on it and it says something about downloading a custom OS and all u can do is leave off that or start downloading of idk what and takes it mine will not go to that black screen where you use the side keys to go scroll up n down to choose recovery mode .

when I opened my phone after the reset, it asked me to verify my identity with the passenger or with my google account. The problem is I don’t remember my password and the phone didn't have a Google account. What can I do?

This means you had a different google account previously or it was somebody elses phone. Try to ask that person. If it doesn't help, search for A51 frp unlock. (or if you know your gmail and you forgot the password, just click on "forgot password" and reset it. Good luck.

Android now detects if the phone had a pin, it'll tell you it was factory reset and will ask for that pin number or password.

Yes, but in this way you can unlock it anyway if you know your google account.

@@CrocFIX the phone I'm trying to unlock is a work phone where the previous user forgot their pin code and we don't know the google account. There is software that can bypass it but it requires paying to use it.
