If you forgot your PIN, Password or SCREEN Lock on your SAMSUNG Galaxy A23, then this video is for you. Let me know in the Comments if it did work for you.
Note: All data will be lost/erased and if you had a google account on it, you will have to enter your email and password after reseting it.

How can I get the phone unlocked and I have been doing the way you have said to you have done it and I hope that it is a way that I can swipe up and the phone is not working properly and I bought it from a second hand phone shop what can I do please 😢

Just follow every step...slow and carefully. Don't miss anything and it will work. But a second hand phone also could have and frp lock. If you will have a google lock after this reset, you will need also to search for A23 FRP unlock. Good luck

it does wipe the cell phone but I still unable to get it out the google account still asking me for the pin or recover email.

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

No, it's not trash. You just need more work. If you just forgot your password and you know your google account which was associated with your phone, you just follow the steps "forgot password". If you forgot both, you can try to search "recover my google account". And if you still can't recover your old email then you need more work and search for FRP Unlock for the exact model (Samsung A23 FRP Unlock) as the steps are different. Or you need special software to remove the google FRP lock. Good luck
