I’ve never seen anyone add loops to the hook for a treble crochet. I’ll try slowing it down to see just how you know when you’ve got the equivalent of 2 yarn over’s- unless you teach that method in another tutorial??😊

Could you please tell me the size you made equates to? Small 6/8, Medium 10/12, Large 14/16? Thank you. My granddaughter is a size medium on top & size small on bottom. So how many in my starting chain should I make?

I dont want to give you an answer and have it be wrong, the one that I worked in the video ended up being about 14 inches across the shoulders. It fits me well, as you see in the pictures, and I wear a size medium shirt as well. You can also tailor this to fit a little bigger or smaller as long as you follow the stitch count. I hope that helps

Loved it, but as a beginner you lost me on the arm holes and decreases, maybe when I become a little more accomplished this will be something I might be able to comprehend. Beautiful vest though 😍

I used a red heart yarn in one of their neutral colors! It’s a number 4 medium weight yarn ☺️☮️💙🎶

I am so glad! It is a little hard to explain. The count for the back panel that I worked is 59 sts + 2. If you would like to make it bigger or smaller you will need to add or subtract 16 sts from 59 and then + 2. I hope that helps!

I used less than one of the large skeins of red heart yarn that has 744 yards in it ☮️💙🎶

The Craft Nut ok because i have these little 50 grams of cotton merino there real soft i have about 16 of them hoping i would have enough but i don’t think i do ..but thank you ..i’ll have to use another yarn .
