I love this cute leaf style, I would love to make this for my self but my only question is, is it safe to have the charger case or cover on as I charge my device?

Looks cute, and I thought about doing it. But it hit me that, if the cord heats up or gets an exposed wire, you won't know because you have covered it up. You just gave it material to quickly catch your house on fire. Fire only needs heat, fuel, and oxygen. The yarn would become tinder/fuel for the fire. It's cute, but not worth the cost of my house. 😅

Hi! Regarding that concern. I just don't think it would cause such fire with insulator covering it's wire, but better to make sure the insulator has no damage to prevent that incident 😊

Hi! I'm not so much familiar with the yarn weight catergory, but for this specific project, I used an acrylic indophil that is 8 ply. Hook size recommended would be from 2.5 - 3.5 mm ❤💕
