Found. Row = Foundation row
Ch = chain
St = stitch
Sl st = slip stitch
Bb sl st = back bar slip stitch
Sc = single crochet
Sc2tog = single crochet two stitches together
Gauge: 12 sc by 15 rows with a 5.50mm hook = 4”.
