You can use any type of yarn , I used a 3mm hook, and the yarn thikness is 2mm.

For the next size, increase the number of rows by 1 on each part . For example , for S size, we made 5 rows at the beginning, so for M, you will make 6, L=7,XL = 8.... 2nd part , bellow the cup for S we made 3 row ,so we do for M=4, L= 5, xL= 6 rows .....

For the M size, you will add 1 more row on each part. Part 1: You make 6 rows increasinglly with the same process in the video , and then make DC in each stitch for 4 rows. Part 2: Join the two cups and make DC in each stitch for 4 rows . Part 4: Work decreasing 3 Sts from the side until you finish it .
