2 ай бұрынHello and welcome to this week's vlog. This market event took place at Golden Road Anaheim on Sunday, April 14, 2024. The market was originally scheduled from 12-5 pm, however, they made a last minute change to open at 10 am to avoid possible rain. This was a good call on their end!

"Not to toot my own horn" 😂😂 girl you should!! That Toturo was phenomenal and so unique that those customers knew that there wouldn't be any two alike from anywhere else! Collector items for sure ❤ I hope to make a couple of small ones for my next market to test out how they do and also because i'm a huge anime fan 😅 love your business tips! I need to invest in one of those wagons! Setting up solo is not easy! Well done on your market 🎉

Definitely make those mini Totoros!! They are one of my best sellers and all always pull the Ghibli fans in. I'm a total weeb so I've been trying to include more anime-related plushies to my collection but I know its not for everyone so it's hard to find that balance so I can still make profit at the markets 😅 I know for sure pokemon bring everyone in... so I've been leaning heavily on that lol Get the wagon! It's super helpful!

The venue was so pretty to have a market at, happy for you that you sold the bigger items. I love when venders have time to go around the markets and show everyone setup for the event

This is the best looking brewery I have ever been to. Layout and chill vibes all around makes it fun for everyone~ Thank you for the feedback! I definitely try my best if I can sneak away from my set up. I love when I watch other art/craft vendors show me around too. 🤭

Getting to see the before and after was nice! I’m happy the market was successful all things considered. I really like seeing the tours, since I can’t attend most markets or shows due to my schedule 🥲

Thank you so much! I had so much fun 🤭 I priced the Stitch for $80. I’ve sold a standing Stitch for that price in the past.

@@crochetbyara wow ❤, I recently made 2 Stitches and was curious. I always feel conflicted about the pricing part of it. But I completely agree with your price, all the work and time that goes into making our items is something most people don’t take into account.

@@5XBlessings I'm gonna be honest, I feel like pricing is super subjective. You can definitely go off of the formulas, but at the end of the day, other people may also make and sell the same plushies for a lower price. Another vendor I met at a market had the same exact Stitch that I made this time around priced at $30.. and I was so sad because I'm sure it took a lot of time to make. At least pay yourself the minimum wage rate of your state. Your time is worth it and from my experience, the people that appreciate your art WILL PAY FOR IT!! 💛
