Disclaimer: This is my original pattern! I had a really difficult time finding a great looking mushroom granny square- so I took a few months to perfect this look on my own a few years ago :) Yay!! I usually reserve my most beloved patterns for the shop- but due to a disturbing trend of recent pattern thefts I have decided to go ahead and share it here on my own as well! Please follow along with this tutorial for personal use- do not try to sell the pattern/parts of the pattern as if it was your own creation. omg i love this tutorial! i'm a beginner and this is the most detailed step-by-step tutorial i watched so far. all the others were pretty confusing, but you explain it greatly! sending lots of love. keep up! edit: ALSO! the. subtitles. THEY'RE JUST SO USEFUL! i'm not deaf or anything but i do have adhd and having written and audible instructions is very helpful. TY!!!

I agree with you... this pattern is so lovely.. l hope you do make this project... the video can be slowed down... get someone to show how easy its to do these steps..

I’ve been crocheting for 30 years and absolutely love this video. Seriously keep up the great work. Sometimes when trying to learn a new stitch or pattern finding a good tutorial is the difference between finishing a project and someone giving up completely. So great job! ❤

I think your suggestion would look very nice !!! You would need to find on KZfaq how to join the square. *** Very Important: I suggest get the most easiest method of joining: So that you don't have problems getting stuck... and get disappointed:

Hello there !!! The smaller square - the one provided in this full video tutorial here - is the one used for the bucket hat tutorial as well!!! 🍄 The hat size is suggested more for adults than smaller children 🤗 🧶 If you wanted a smaller fit on the hat you could possibly down size on the suggested hook size there ❤️

27:27 we start with 7 tr. then in the end of this round 34:24 we need to do 7 tr too. not 8

Hello there!! I hope that you are having a great day and having so much fun with your granny square!! You are more than welcome to tr 7 , but I tr 8 on this side to the SLST 35:00 - so that way you are not left with the gap there at the very end if you just did the 7. I hope that makes sense :) - the best part of this great big crochet community is being able to take these tutorials and customizing them for your own personal use!!! 🥰 Happy crocheting 🧶

Hi there 👋 if you are referring to the border around the top of the mushroom cap 🍄 you should have 7 stitches on the left side , 7 stitches on the right side , and 10 going across the bottom 🧶 for 24 SC in total

Hello 👋! The size of the finished project is around: 3 3/4 X4 1/4 Inches this varies slightly, depending on the type/brand of yarn used 🧶 The Bigger square measures at around 5X5 Inches , and that is included/can be found in the written pattern on the pattern shop 🍄 🧶 🤗
