Succulents and horses! Sounds like a ranch out West! Awesome gift from Heather. Such a pretty bag. I think all your horses look great. My fave is the brown one. I think their eyes could be bigger, but I get it if you are using less expensive eyes while you are experimenting with your pattern. And, maybe a bit larger eyes would solve your placement dilemma! Another winner my friend! 🦋💖

The horses look fantastic. The best ones I have seen. My hot flashes have came back with a vengeance. I actually can't function during them. Poor hubby, I'm like get this cardigan off me and also don't touch, look or speak to me lol.

I cannot wait for the horse pattern. I agree with Sue, I think bigger eyes would make a difference. Also, for my chicken eyes I use acrylic yarn and do a French knot stitch.

The brown horse nose is looking better in my opinion. And to me the eyes are Perfect! I really love this horse: just a perfect middle between realistic and " plushie" look. You ARE so talented to come up and design a horse ( which not a lot of designers try!!!) patterns inside a couple of days ! Way to go!!!! I hope its gonna be a big seller, in plushie and pattern form!🤩🤩😛

Who's a good boy Toby? It's not you, but we love you anyway. (I say this to my cats all the time lol!) I think the cacti should do well at a market, people are crazy for stuff like that, or at least they are here in Virginia. Plus they're really cute! And I think the last horse turned out the best, like you said. I can't decide if the one row in the muzzle makes that much of a difference, but it DOES look very horse-like, I don't think (most) people would confuse it for anything else! And it's adorable!

I love listening to your commentary. The flowers 🌻on the cactus 🌵are really pretty. Hopefully you can figure out the chicken head 🐔. Perhaps a magic ring with 4-6 sc crocheted into the head.

Cute, cute horses! I’ve used Rhonda Butler’s YT tutorial for my horses. I use plush yarn for horse, acrylic for mane and tail.

I absolutely love the brown horse!!!! Toby…. I just love him. My Jasper will do the same on whatever is on my hook. Stormy tries to steal my yarn and Ivy does everything she’s not supposed to. Chatty sits back like you gonna get in trouble and leave me out of it! 😂

Oh, my goodness, Robin! I absolutely have to have your horse pattern. I LOVE IT! Personally, I would use bigger eyes. That is one characteristic that I love about horses... their beautiful enormous eyes. I cannot wait until you have your pattern published!

Found these 2 patterns on Ravelry that may give you an idea for the round cactus, Barrel Cactus by Yarn Blossom Boutique or Notocactus by Emma Varnam. If you don't like either of these, turn it into a pin cushion!

Wow! You’re very talented! I love your succulents. Is that your own pattern too? I would buy it! The horse is awesome. I love my embroidery machines. You can make many beautiful items on the embroidery machine. My next projects are some stuffed animals using minky fabric.

The succulents are not my pattern, I mixed 2 patterns together Knots Merry Yarn for the plant and a free IG pattern for the pot. The horse is the new pattern I'm working on.

You need to know the basic stitches. I use Parfait Chunky from premier yarns.

The pot is from a free pattern on IG and the cactus is from a paid pattern by Knots Merry Yarn. I just mixed the two together.

Your horse has no back! Just a neck and a tiny rump. His nose is huge, have you ever looked at a picture of a horse? The eyes are on the side of a horse.
