This DOES seem to be dense. Would it work in 100% cotton for a washcloth/dishcloth? Thank you for another fun, easy, yet lovely stitch pattern!

Yes, it absolutely will. It will give a little of an exfoliating texture too. Great for mild to medium exfoliation while bathing, and good exfoliation for cleaning dishes but would NOT recommend for cleaning pots and pans.

Thank you. I never use my "good dish cloths" on pots and pans, lol! And I don't cook as much as I used to. But thanks for reminding me. Since I sometimes give as gifts, I need to add that tip with washing instructions!
